Now a self-employed professional, Nathan Rotenberg focuses his professional interests on real estate investment across short- and long-term markets, small-business investment, and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Rotenberg has earned numerous public safety and healthcare certifications from multiple nationally recognized certifying organizations. Following his training, he began his career in emergency communications, working as an emergency tele-communicator and supporting medical and public safety operations throughout Pennsylvania.

In 2007, Mr. Rotenberg joined the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as a Flight Communications Specialist within a comprehensive, hospital-based air, ground, and interfacility EMS communications center. In this role, he coordinated with regional 9-1-1 centers and healthcare facilities to facilitate requests for air medical transportation. He also provided logistical and flight-operations support for specialized medical teams, including organ and tissue procurement missions and operations supporting The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Mr. Rotenberg concluded his tenure with the University in 2025.

Beyond his professional career, Mr. Rotenberg has remained actively involved in community service and volunteer organizations. Beginning in 2012, he served for four years as a photographer volunteering for United Way of Bucks County. Hes been a member / EMT with the Second Alarmer’s Association and Rescue Squad for the past 15 years and previously served as a field communicator with an Emergency Disaster Service organisation in Philadelphia.

Throughout his career and community involvement, Mr. Rotenberg has maintained a commitment to public service, professional development, and supporting organizations that serve their communities such as charitable causes benefiting cancer research through contributions to the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Institute in Boston and Penn Medicine in Philadelphia.
